Long Island Pet Professionals unveiled its “Hearts for Paws Campaign” on Thursday, January 14, 2010. For one month, until Valentine’s Day, local animal non-for-profit organizations will be prominently featured on the front page of the group’s website. Each day visitors to the website will be able to learn more about the daily featured non-profit and see their wish list or other vital information. In the past year, has been a tough year for many non-profits – but some new have also emerged. Nancy E. Hassel, the Founder of Long Island Pet Professionals wanted to give back by bringing more attention to Long Island’s local NFP’s who work and volunteer tirelessly for our pets and wildlife.
